By making a purchase from Malga, you agree to the following terms:


Accuracy of Product Information

We strive to provide product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur. Malga reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.


Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). All applicable taxes are extra. 


Service Fees

Certain services are not included in the product prices and will be billed separately. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Graphic design (vectorization, concept development, creation)
  • Setup and layout (including press setup)
  • Special assembly (e.g., package identification, multi-address shipping, etc.)
  • Any other customized or order-specific service

Clients must provide visual files in vector format (.ai or vectorized .pdf). Additional fees may apply if files are non-compliant or require adjustments by our team.

Deposit and Order Processing ​

As we offer fully customized products, a deposit of at least 50% is required to begin processing your order. The balance is payable upon shipping or pickup. The agreed delivery timeline will begin once the deposit is received. For orders placed online, full prepayment is required.


Approval

Final approval of visuals is the responsibility of the client. This includes, but is not limited to, product selection and quantities, colors and sizes, logo dimensions, and spelling. Once approval is confirmed, no changes can be made. Malga cannot be held responsible for errors not reported prior to approval.

Quantities delivered

Due to the nature of certain products and identification processes, the actual quantity delivered may vary by ±5% from the quantity ordered. This tolerance is standard in our industry and does not constitute a breach of obligation. Clients requiring exact quantities are advised to order slightly more to avoid shortages or unexpected issues.

Shipping​

We ship across Canada. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product type.


Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order within five (5) business days of receipt. Any claims regarding errors or discrepancies must be submitted within this timeframe. No claims will be accepted after this period.


Samples

Fees may apply for sample orders. Samples must be returned within the agreed timeframe. Otherwise, they will be non-refundable and non-returnable.


Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. Fees may apply depending on the work already completed at the time of cancellation (e.g., preparation, customization, production). Malga reserves the right to refuse cancellation if the order is already in production or has been shipped.


Personal Information Protection

Your personal information is used solely to process your order. It will never be sold or shared without your consent. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.


Changes to Terms

Malga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
